1. Develop sales channels based on market and customer segments.
2. Develop and execute sales strategy and tactics.
3. Manage existing clients to ensure continuous business growth and
develop new customers by promoting various company service lines
4. Close collaboration with internal / external key stakeholders .
5. Meets with prospects to understand customer’s purchase decision
makers, decision making process criteria, and their needs.
6. Lead and manage Sales Team by developing and motivating sales forces
thru daily coaching and transferring knowledge of service offerings, industry
knowledge and market insights
7. Lead client engagement by developing and managing customer
relationships thru building partnership with key decision maker levels for
global key accounts as well as strategic small & medium customers.
8. Manage sales transaction pipelines and forecasting.
9. Stay up to date with and understands latest market developments and
10. Manage the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities,
establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback
and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
11. Performs other duties as directed.
• University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree) in a related discipline plus generally • Sales experience in Electrical & Electronics manufacturing or Automotive related Company. • Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers. • Expert on sales strategies and tactics. • Has wide and deep customer account relationship (Samsung, LG, etc)
